General Terms & Conditions for All Advertising & Promotions

• All prices shown are based on the metropolitan area price list, unless otherwise stated.
• All packages shown in any advertising material and medium, all details are for illustration and advertising purposes only.
• Always refer to contract documentation for details, terms, conditions, fees and government charges which may apply.
• Any promotional offers are only available on packages as advertised and while stocks are available.
• The final price of package can only be determined once the developer has completed the works, and the Builder is able to obtain ALL full and final reports.
• Site works are based on a clear and level site free of vegetation. House price is based on builder’s standard specifications, retaining walls are not included.
• Price may vary depending on selections, optional items such as porches, garages, carports, and facades, engineering, plan details, council requirements, estate planning encumbrances, and any governing body representatives who’s approval is required.
• Where prices are indicated as being inclusive of First Home Buyers discount, the price applies to eligible purchasers only.
• We make no representations about the suitability of the land to build on or otherwise.
• You must inspect the land yourself or take professional advice.
• These offers are not to be held in conjunction with any other offer.
• These offers are only available at the time of entering into a contract and are subject to change without notice.

$500 Referral Terms & Conditions 

• The promoter (“The promoter”) is G Wahlstedt Pty Ltd trading as Wahlstedt Quality Homes.
• The Promotion consists of an opportunity for any individual to gain a referral bonus of $500 for referring a client to WQH during the Promotion Period.
• To be eligible for the $500 referral you must be nominated by Contracting Owner. The Sales Consultant must include your details in the written contract when it is signed.
• Referrals are only for new contracts signed and exclude any contracts that have already been signed.
• The $500 referral bonus will be paid only when a contract is signed and within 7 days after the foundations are poured.
• One referral per contract only.
• The draw is open to anyone over the age of 18, except for staff of Wahlstedt Quality Homes and their families.
• It is a condition of entry that all conditions are accepted as final and the Referee agrees to abide by these rules. WQH reserves the right to modify the promotion at any time without prior notice.
